PARK@420 is mixed use project adjacent to Miami Beach’s famous Lincoln Road and features a 490 space parking garage above 17,000 square feet of retail. All property lines in this part of South Beach have radius corners, which is one reason for round corners on most of the buildings. It was a crucial part of the design to have the precast wrap around the garage corner. The idea was to have each perforation tangent to the arc of the panel, making the precast appear to roll around the curve. This project was a PCI Design Award Winner in 2014.
